Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: PHP 40,000-46,000

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST (with flexibility; possible future Saturday hours)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Manage guest communications across multiple booking platforms including Airbnb, VRBO, and the company's proprietary booking system
  • Respond promptly to guest emails and inquiries throughout the day, ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Handle customer support and sales activities, including managing phone communications with potential guests
  • Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to schedule property maintenance and repairs
  • Support marketing operations by managing property listings across multiple platforms and ensuring accurate, appealing property presentations
  • Maintain organized records through back-office administrative functions including file management and invoice tracking
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for daily property management operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience with short-term rental properties in the US market or Canada
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, and other vacation rental platforms
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate guest communications at various times
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Adaptability to handle seasonal business fluctuations and varying workload intensities
