We are looking for an Administrative & Marketing Support to join our Philippines-based team. In this role, you'll work closely with both our Communications and Operations teams, providing a mix of administrative, operational, and marketing support to ensure smooth day-to-day processes and successful project delivery.

This position is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable — someone who enjoys supporting multiple teams, managing data and systems, and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support marketing and communications by creating content, scheduling social media posts, and assisting with email campaigns.
  • Provide general administrative support across scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and internal systems, ensuring timely updates and quality checks.
  • Assist with preparing reports, tracking business metrics, and supporting finance-related admin tasks.
  • Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes, and provide ad-hoc support to the team and management.
  • Collaborate across teams to improve workflows, support process improvements, and contribute to automation projects.
