We're looking for a Sales Support Agent who will play a key role in supporting our growing sales operations. This position is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to build a long-term career in sales and client relations.

You'll help streamline sales activities, manage communications, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Over time, this role offers opportunities for growth into leadership or training positions within our expanding sales structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for day-to-day sales activities
  • Manage client communication, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Track and update sales progress using CRM and productivity tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables
  • Assist in preparing proposals and maintaining organized sales records

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support, client relations, or admin coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools and Google Workspace
  • Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently
