About the role

Goldridge Construction & Development Corporation is seeking a talented Human Resources Assistant (Compensation & Benefits) to join our dynamic team in Balanga City, Bataan. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our company's compensation and benefits initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

· Government Mandated Benefits – SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN

· Bank Enrollment

· HMO Enrollment/Deletion

· Monitoring of Employee Leave

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience with Philippine government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) preferred

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Familiarity with government online portals (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG websites) is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
