We are looking for an
Administrative & Marketing Support Specialist
to join our Philippines-based team. In this role, you'll work closely with both our Communications and Operations teams, providing a mix of administrative, operational, and marketing support to ensure smooth day-to-day processes and successful project delivery.This position is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable, someone who enjoys supporting multiple teams, managing data and systems, and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Support marketing and communications by creating content, scheduling social media posts, and assisting with email campaigns.
- Provide general administrative support across scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and internal systems, ensuring timely updates and quality checks.
- Assist with preparing reports, tracking business metrics, and supporting finance-related admin tasks.
- Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes, and provide ad-hoc support to the team and management.
- Collaborate across teams to improve workflows, support process improvements, and contribute to automation projects.

- Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, social scheduling tools)
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva
