We are urgently looking for HR Assistant (Compensation & Benefits) for our Balanga Office.

Job description:

The HR Assistant plays a crucial role in Human Resources Department and reports directly to HR Division Manager. This position is responsible for performing various HR Activities specifically for Government Mandated Benefits.

Main Areas of Responsibilities:

· Government Mandated Benefits – SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN

· Bank Enrollment

· HMO Enrollment/Deletion

· Monitoring of Employee Leave

Day to Day Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provides administrative support to HR Division Manager and HR Team

· Addressing employee questions or concerns related to Government Mandated benefits,

banks, loans, sick claims

· TIN, SSS, Pag-IBIG enrollment facilitation/monitoring for newly hired/separated employees

· Coordinating with different government agencies relative to employee government

benefits

· Updating and monitoring of employee leave credits

· Preparing reports for newly hired and separated employees

· Preparing reports for insurance addition, deletion or change status

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php17,999.00 per month
