Experienced US Healthcare Virtual Assistant

Are you an experienced Virtual Assistant with at least 1 year of experience in the US healthcare industry? We're looking for dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join our growing medical support team

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to patient or customer inquiries
  • Perform insurance verification and manage prior authorizations
  • Process prescription refills and order DME (Durable Medical Equipment)
  • Serve as a medical scribe during consultations when needed
  • Manage medical billing and ensure accurate documentation
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in US healthcare (e.g., medical billing, RCM, prior authorization, or similar roles)
  • Experience navigating any EMR/EHR system (such as Kareo, Athena, AdvancedMD, DrChrono, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision

Work Setup:

  • Onsite position only — must be willing to work in our Cebu City office
  • Full-time schedule
