Job Description

We are seeking a highly proactive, organized, and experienced Head Hunter Virtual Assistant to support our talent acquisition efforts remotely. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in sourcing, candidate outreach, and managing recruitment pipelines, acting as a critical extension of our HR and talent teams.

The Head Hunter Virtual Assistant will be responsible for proactively identifying, researching, and initiating contact with top-tier candidates for specialized and hard-to-fill roles across the organization. This role focuses heavily on the initial sourcing and relationship-building stages of the recruitment funnel.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sourcing & Talent Identification: Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, social media) to actively search for and identify passive and active candidates who meet role requirements.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Craft and execute personalized outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn InMail, direct messages) to engage potential candidates and generate interest in open roles.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit before handing them off to the HR team.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update candidate data accurately within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor recruitment strategies.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the HR team with recruitment-related administrative tasks, such as interview scheduling and documentation preparation.
What we're looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in specialized sourcing, recruiting coordination, or as a Head Hunter Assistant/Virtual Assistant.
  • A college graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sourcing passive candidates across various professional platforms (especially LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling and professional outreach messages.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate pipeline management.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, crucial for database and pipeline accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
