We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in Human Resources, or equivalent.
- Has eight (8) to ten (10) years' experience across HR functions, preferably within shared services.
- At least five (5) years leadership and management experience.
- Previous experience from the oil and gas industry is an advantage.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural/multi-national environment is an advantage.
- Must have proficient knowledge and experience in the employee lifecycle HR processes and strategies such as but not limited to talent acquisition, total compensation, and rewards, learning and development, classification and job analysis, employee/organizational development, conflict and change management, and performance planning.
- Ability recognize and resolve problems of a sensitive nature, analyse ambiguous and complex situations, select alternatives, recognize consequences of a proposed action, and negotiate mutually satisfactory win-win solutions to problems.
- Knowledge and experience with compliance to Philippine Labor Law, as well as statutory reporting requirements in the Philippines.
- Knowledgeable in HR related systems, tools, and applications.
- Strong leadership skills with aim to build a high functioning team and promoting employee engagement.
- Has a demonstrated ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company while building networks, from staff, stakeholders, and the management.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, make sound judgements and decisions in line with company policy, scope, and guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, assign, supervise and delegate the work of HR staff.
- Demonstrated ability to lead others with excellent interpersonal skills, has high degree of self-awareness and customer service mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in team but sees importance of achieving results through teamwork, delegation, and collaboration.
- Structured, accurate, systematic, service oriented, and committed to achieve and deliver higher results within deadlines.
- Has a result, strategic and business-oriented mindset with ability to show leadership in challenging situations.
- Has Financial and Business Understanding and perspective.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with expertise in international and cross-cultural communications and business relations
- Motivated to facilitate and contribute to the company's growth.
- Amenable to work onsite in Makati.
Your Mission:
- Responsible for the overall HR function for the company OTPC.
- Manage, in collaboration with HR Team Lead(s), the HR-team in daily work activities, including performance feedback, and allocation of resources, based on service delivery priorities at any given time.
- Responsible in assessing risk to operations and formulate strategies to ensure they are mitigated.
- Manage employee discipline processes in line with Odfjell Technology policies, local laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain employee learning and development programs, and when applicable accorded with global practice.
- Advise and support stakeholders and employees in employee development activities, including development talks and regular feedback.
- Ability to advise and support leaders in resolving conflict, with integrity and demonstrate high degree of confidentiality and negotiation skills.
- Responsible for overall data reporting and analysis within HR. Including financial management, planning, and budgeting of HR department.
- Develop techniques for, as well as lead and implement, continuous improvement of work processes for HR, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage and assist in the headcount planning, recruitment, organizational changes, and other HR processes for OTPC in accordance with Odfjell Technology policies, local laws and regulations.
- Ensure effective communication within the respective team, in terms of policy development, regulation and implementation.
- Attend and contribute to management meetings and other related project development of the company.
- Perform related tasks as required from time to time.
