Duties and Responsibilities:

ERP Functional Support

  • Assist in ERP module configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system functionality.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and document results.
  • Help troubleshoot functional issues reported by users.

Data & Master File Management

  • Assist in cleansing, validating, and maintaining master date (e.g., customers, vendors, items, chart of accounts).
  • Support data migration activities during ERP implementation or upgrades.
  • Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies with functional teams.

Reporting & Business Intelligence

  • Develop and maintain standard reports and dashboards using ERP reporting tools or BI platforms.
  • Support business users with adhoc queries and report generation.
  • Ensure reports and analytics are accurate, timely, and meet business requirements.

Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Maintain system documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance ERP usage and efficiency.
  • Assist in training users on ERP functionalities and reporting capabilities.

Technical and Hotline Support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in ERP Support, business systems analysis, or finance systems.
  • Knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience with ERP reporting tools and business intelligence platforms (power BI, Tableau, or ERP-native BI Tools) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Effective communication skills to work with both technical teams and business users.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
