About the role

One Frame Construction Inc' is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of complex construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What you'll be doing

Manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects, including coordinating with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
  • Oversee the quality of work performed by contractors and subcontractors
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges, and implement effective solutions
  • Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate project status and updates
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure the constructability and feasibility of engineering plans
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards

What we're looking for: Two (2) Site Project Engineers

  • One (1) : Highly experienced on High-end residential houses and luxury villas/ Resorts (MUST)
  • One(1) : With DPWH Project Work Experience (Flood Control, Road, Streetlight, etc)
  • Willing to stay on site / Willing to relocate
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry
  • Proficient in project management software, CAD tools, and construction management software
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Thorough understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building codes
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from start to finish
