We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Engineering Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of various engineering disciplines and will support multiple projects by providing technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and hands-on assistance. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys tackling diverse engineering challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions across different projects.
  • Support teams in mechanical, electrical, civil, or software-related tasks as needed.
  • Conduct research, feasibility studies, and technical analyses to support project goals.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Broad knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in engineering tools, software, and methodologies
