About the role

Risla Collection Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Makati City Metro Manila. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, planning, and supervision of various construction projects. This is a full-time position that offers a great opportunity to work on exciting infrastructure developments and contribute to the growth of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop and implement engineering designs and plans
  2. Conduct site inspections, analyse soil conditions, and perform structural calculations to ensure the safety and feasibility of construction projects
  3. Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects
  4. Monitor and oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project requirements
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any engineering-related issues that arise during the construction phase
  6. Assist in the preparation of project progress reports and presentations

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, preferably in the construction industry
  3. Strong technical skills in structural analysis, soil mechanics, and construction materials
  4. Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural design tools
  5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  7. Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is preferred
