System Engineer & Network Engineer

Position: System Engineer

Work Setup: Onsite, Morning

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The role is responsible for managing servers, operating systems, cloud environments, and ensuring high system availability and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, and operating systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Implement and manage virtualization, cloud solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP), and backups.
  • Maintain system security through access controls, patches, and monitoring.
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and updates.
  • Collaborate with IT teams on system integration and upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience as a System Engineer or related IT role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, Office 365.
  • Experience with system monitoring tools and backup/recovery solutions.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, AWS Certified SysOps, RHCE) are a plus.
