RECRUITMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Source potential candidates from various channels online (ex. Facebook, Indeed, sikap and referral)
Performs administrative work on recruitment (sourcing) ie. Submission of documentation/requirements to recruitment medium (PESO, Schools, Barangay etc.)
Collates all applicant requirements (NBI, Clearance, birth cert. etc.) and submits to AOE HR Head for final onboarding
TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Policies & Procedure
Client Product Knowledge
Continual Training of deployed AOE employees
HUMAN RESOURCES RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts questioning to AOE employees with cases raised by Client
Issues NOTICE TO EXPLAIN (NTE) and NOTICE OF DISCIPLINARY ACTION (NDA) to employees with incident reports
Handles employee concerns (salary, loans, incentives, accident) and endorses to the right point of contact
Compensation and Benefits
