Are you a goal-getter with a passion for sales and technology? We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to fuel our growth in the IT and cybersecurity industry. This is your chance to work remotely, build valuable client relationships, and earn uncapped commissions while selling essential IT solutions that keep businesses secure.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and engage new clients through cold calling, emailing, and virtual outreach.
- Present cutting-edge IT & cybersecurity solutions (Firewalls, Endpoint Security, Managed IT Services) to both technical and non-technical decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Consistently hit or exceed sales targets and grow revenue.
- Keep our CRM updated with accurate records and pipeline reports.
- Collaborate with the technical team to craft client-specific solutions.
- Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT, software, or cybersecurity sales.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Track record of closing remote/virtual sales.
- Familiarity with cold outreach tools , , etc.).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and hungry for growth.
