Inside Sales Coordinator – Infrared Heating Systems

We are hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator to support our infrared heating solutions team. You will work directly with customers, contractors, and the sales department to qualify leads, recommend heating systems, and assist with layout planning for residential and commercial projects.

Must Have's

  • 2–4 years in technical sales or customer support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and recommend product solutions
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
  • Experience handling or qualifying sales leads

Nice-to-Haves/Preferred

  • Knowledge of infrared heating, HVAC, or electrical systems
  • Experience with Help Scout, Pipeline Deals CRM, or QuickBooks Desktop
  • Ability to create 2D/3D layout plans for heater placement
  • Previous collaboration with marketing and operations teams

Your Responsibilities Will Include (But Are Not Limited To):

  • Answer customer calls and emails, qualify inquiries, and forward leads to sales
  • Support ecommerce sales functions
  • Assist the VP of Sales with technical customer needs
  • Develop and maintain simple heating layout plans
  • Liaise with manufacturers for accurate product and system details
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine customer materials
  • Expand and organize knowledge-sharing tools for internal and customer use

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
