LeTS Shared Services Inc is looking for IT Inside Sales Reps for a Content Delivery, Cloud Computing and IT Security Company.

We are looking for aggressive and tenacious IT Sales Representatives responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects as well as closing business in a B2B type of sales engagement. This is a completely work from home position, project-based, full time position for a year. This comes with a base pay + commissions.

I. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Finding potential clients through various channels in the assigned Territory

· Understanding customer needs and identifying potential sales opportunities through lead qualification.

· Answering potential customers questions and sending information.

· Engaging clients through phone, email, and video calls to gauge their timelines, year ends and budget seasons.

· Following up on timelines and customer requirements.

· Demonstrating products or services effectively.

· Staying informed about competing products

· Upselling products and services

· Negotiating and securing deals to meet or surpass sales goals.

· Keeping precise records of sales activities and client interactions within CRM systems.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering

Work Experience:

· Minimum 2 year experience in an outbound sales center or related position.

· Must have prospected in network hardware and software and /or cybersecurity products in an inside sales capacity.

· Basic understanding of the network.

· Basic understanding of Cybersecurity foundational practices.

· Must have used CRM tools like SalesForce. You will live and die with Salesforce

· Must have been able to close net new IT sales in the past.

· Excellent Phone and cold calling skills.

· Must have Presentation Skills (English).

· Must be willing to work long hours
