Required years of experience and specialization

· Minimum of 5 years of Experience

Qualifications:

· Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

· Minimum 5 yrs. experience in the Training function, should have a sound understanding of the training function

· Experience in the P&C Insurance domain, preferably Claims or Sales / Service

· Experience in training automation/digitalization

· Skills / V&A Training experience will be an added advantage

· Knowledge &/or experience of Six Sigma, Agile methodology & able to demonstrate a digital mindset

· Strong time management skills and proficiency in MS office

· Strong work ethic with a will-to-win attitude, demonstrates personal excellence, lives the growth mindset and adapts to WNS Values

· Ability to work through unstructured problems, shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity and rapid changes

Job Description:

· Develop and lead a team of highly competent DMs, AMs and Trainers delivering the best of training experiences to the Account(s).

· Drive Training efficiency and effectiveness for the Account(s), through the Training Metrics.

· Plan, execute and monitor all training & development interventions for new hires and existing staff to enhance operational excellence.

· Work with all stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

· Drive training related change management and compliance programs for the Account(s)

· Lead content management and instructional design with the latest technology and practices to stay ahead of the competition.

· Drive ROI for the learning investment in people and value delivered to business.

· Be the ambassador for latest & innovative practices and technology and implement the best practices for the Account(s).

· Govern and maintain compliance requirements as per training standards.
