Job Description

  • Responsible for leading and managing the delivery of process training programs across the organization.
  • This role ensures that employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively and in alignment with business goals.
  • Will collaborate with operations, quality, and HR teams to identify training needs, design curriculum, and monitor training effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Must be willing to work 100% onsite at our Bridgetowne Site
  • Must be okay with shifting schedule
  • Lead the development and execution of process training programs for new hires and existing employees.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and update training materials and modules.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.Manage a team of trainers and ensure consistent delivery of training across locations or departments.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying skill gaps and recommending training solution.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on training outcomes and impact.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate innovative training methods.
