Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Public ,or Business Administration or related filed.
  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience as a Training Manager or Senior L&D role.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end training program development and implementation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and facilitation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Willing to report both in Caloocan and Mandaluyong site.

Job Description:

  • Lead the design, coordination, and facilitation of training programs across corporate functions and sales teams.
  • Maintain and regularly update the organization's training matrix to reflect strategic priorities.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using data analysis, feedback, and ROI measurement tools.
  • Develop and maintain internal training materials such as manuals, workshops, digital modules, and job aids.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs in collaboration with HR and department leaders.
  • Monitor training budgets and ensure resource optimization.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
