  • Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate structural systems and support cross-disciplinary coordination and presentations.
  • Conduct technical evaluations, including load calculations, site inspections, safety assessments, and quality control across project phases.
  • Support construction activities by supervising site work, attending site meetings, resolving design-related issues, and providing technical assistance during bidding.

Qualifications:

Education Background: BS Civil Engineering

Professional License: Preferably board passer

Professional Experience: At least 5 years in real estate development

Knowledge in Autocad, REVIT, Sketchup & Civil 3D

Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google applications
