Position: Senior Architectural Drafter

Location: Remote

About the Role We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Architectural Drafter with 10+ years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering software (Twinmotion, Lumion, or similar). This role requires proven experience in preparing complete construction documentation for permit approval and the ability to lead projects from design development through construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop accurate and detailed architectural drawings in Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.
  • Prepare complete construction documentation packages for permit approval, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
  • Review documentation and applicable codes before submission for permit approval.
  • Produce high-quality renderings using Twinmotion, Lumion, or similar tools to support design presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to deliver precise documentation and visually compelling content.
  • Contribute to the design and development of residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
  • Ensure technical accuracy, design integrity, and aesthetic quality across all deliverables.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in architectural project development.
  • Proven expertise in Revit and AutoCAD, with strong capabilities in preparing construction documentation and revisions for permits.
  • Proficiency in rendering and visualization software (Twinmotion, Lumion, or equivalent).
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
  • Proven experience working with American clients and in compliance with U.S. building codes and standards (required).
  • Knowledge of MPE systems development is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
