Junior Drafter

Position Title: Junior Drafter
Work Set-up: Work From Office
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 40,000
Schedule: Morning

Key Responsibilities
∙Preparing architectural drawings, plans, and details for modular buildings.
∙Assisting with fabrication and shop drawings for off-site manufacturing.
∙Updating and revising documentation to reflect design and client changes.
∙Supporting council submissions, approvals, and compliance documentation.
∙Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver build-ready designs.
∙Maintaining drafting standards, templates, and modular component libraries.
∙Learning modular construction methods and contributing to efficient design solutions.

Required Qualifications
∙Relevant qualification in Architectural Drafting or a related field
∙Proficiency in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
∙Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
