Salary: $200–$250/month (base) + Uncapped Commissions + Monthly Bonuses

What You'll Do

  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads via LinkedIn, cold email, and other outbound methods
  • Follow up and engage warm leads to book demo calls
  • Keep the CRM and pipeline organized with accurate updates
  • Collaborate with the founder and marketing team to improve outreach performance
  • Support ongoing deals, follow-ups, and help close business.
  • Support Client Onboarding on the Leadschilly platform.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or virtual assistance
  • Strong written and spoken English communication
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or GoHighLevel
  • Confident in LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, and basic follow-up workflows
  • Organized, proactive, and driven to meet targets
  • Must be based in the Philippines
