We have a client that is reputable car repair shop in the United States, providing high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services. We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant with strong cost estimation skills to join our team remotely.

Position: Part-Time/Full-Time Virtual Assistant – Cost Estimator

Rate: $5/hour (non-negotiable)

  • Location: Remote (Philippines preferred) Must be willing to work for $5/hour.
  • Must be willing to submit a 1-minute video introduction describing your experience and why you're fit for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review repair orders, parts lists, and labor requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates for vehicle repairs.
  • Liaise with suppliers to get updated prices on parts and materials.
  • Compare and evaluate repair quotes to ensure accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and send detailed estimates to customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain and update cost estimation templates, price lists, and service records.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to repair orders and job tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Previous experience as an estimator or surveyor in a car repair shop (local or international).
  • Knowledge of automotive parts, repair processes, and labor cost calculations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Comfortable using a time tracking tool

Work Schedule:

  • To be aligned with US business hours (EST or CST preferred).
  • Flexibility may be required for urgent estimates.
