This sure is a role made just for you About the role As a Mortgage Broking Administrator , your work will include preparing lender forms, assessing client needs and funding positions, and ensuring client details are accurate and updated in the CRM. You’ll also coordinate with banks, solicitors, and clients to ensure a seamless application process. Ideal Candidate (Must Have Experience) Completed at least 2 years of college (any course). A Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is highly regarded. Minimum 1 year of experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker or broking company. Proficiency with mortgage CRM tools such as MyCRM, FLEX, Mercury, Infinyty, SalesTrekker, or ApplyOnline. Solid understanding of the end-to-end Australian mortgage process. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, plus strong attention to detail and research ability. Open for applicants looking for a hybrid work setup. Tasks and Responsibilities Collecting, preparing, verifying, and maintaining all necessary client work papers and information Assist in the Loans Application Process (Loans processing, credit analysis, parabroking, etc.) Preparation of lender application forms and DA forms Conduct needs analysis, product assessment, and funding position based on the client’s situation Manage, review, and update client data in the CRM Liaising with banks, solicitors, and clients as necessary Industry-leading benefits HMO w/ Dental Coverage + Dependents 2-week paid Holiday Break.
