Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production processes to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, reports, and corrective actions.
  • Train and guide QC staff on proper procedures and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and management teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and submit quality performance reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in quality control or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and quality management software.
