Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and results-driven Shift Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical) to oversee the maintenance of electrical systems and automation equipment in a manufacturing or feed milling environment. The ideal candidate is a licensed Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining electrical equipment and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee the timely corrective maintenance and repairs of plant electrical and mechanical equipment/machinery, ensuring safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead and guide the maintenance team in preventive and predictive maintenance activities to keep equipment in optimal condition and prevent unexpected failures.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance in a way that minimizes production downtime.
  • Document all maintenance activities, with a focus on daily performance and equipment status.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Electrical Engineer.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in a feedmill setup is a plus.
  • Strong leadership abilities and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
  • Proficient in PLC, low voltage control wiring (AC-DC).
  • Knowledgeable in electrical codes such as NEMA, PEC, and SCADA.
  • Familiar with safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Willing to work on a rotating schedule, including rest days and holidays.
  • Willing to be based in Guiguinto, Bulacan.
