Key Qualifications

    3+ years in a managerial or leadership role

  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in admixture formulations, product testing, quality assurance, and field applications.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage laboratory operations, and develop talent.
  • Collaboration: Skilled in working cross-functionally with sales, R&D, and operations to deliver customer solutions.
  • Customer Orientation: Experience providing technical presentations, troubleshooting, and application support to clients.
