About the role

As the Quality Assurance Analyst at New Flavor House, Inc.', you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our food production facility in Guiguinto Bulacan. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and ensuring our products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to identify and mitigate potential quality issues
  • Monitor production processes and conduct regular inspections to verify product quality and compliance with industry regulations and internal standards
  • Analyse quality data and production records to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the production team to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality management system

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the food manufacturing or processing industry
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles, GMO, HACCP and ISO
  • Proficiency in interpreting and implementing industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
