About the role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plant Supervisor to join the team at Optimumtread Inc. This full-time role will be based in Guiguinto Bulacan and will be instrumental in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing plant. As the Plant Supervisor, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and meet our high-quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, including production, maintenance, and quality control
• Manage and supervise a team of production workers, technicians, and other plant personnel
• Develop and implement production schedules, work plans, and procedures to maximise efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Ensure all plant operations comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with other departmental managers to align production with overall business goals and objectives
• Provide regular reports and updates on plant performance to senior management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong technical knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control procedures
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to effectively lead, motivate, and develop a team of production personnel
• Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
