Project Supervisor

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
2. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration
3. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that arise
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
5. Provide hands-on supervision and guidance to the construction crew, fostering a positive and productive work environment
6. Collaborate with the project management team to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Supervisor or Foreperson in the construction industry
2. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find practical solutions
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with diverse teams
5. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
6. Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and experience in implementing effective safety practices
7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
