About the Role
You'll be the frontline of a luxury business where every interaction matters. This role puts you at the center of high-value transactions with sophisticated clientele, managing critical communications that directly impact customer satisfaction and revenue growth. You'll help transform a busy, growing operation by bringing organization and professionalism to client relationships while gaining exposure to the luxury goods market. The position offers clear growth potential as you prove your value to the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage luxury watch inquiries via WhatsApp with professional, timely responses appropriate for high-net-worth clientele
- Update and maintain CRM system with client information, watch details, and deal progression
- Prioritize urgent opportunities by reading client signals and conversation context to identify time-sensitive deals
- Follow up on outstanding offers and price quotes with prospective buyers and sellers
- Clean up and organize CRM pipeline to maintain accurate deal statuses and remove outdated entries
- Ask strategic qualifying questions about watch condition, age, documentation, and client timeline
- Escalate complex multi-deal client scenarios to management when appropriate
- Copy WhatsApp conversations into CRM system for comprehensive record keeping
- Identify and flag high-priority opportunities requiring immediate management attention
- 3-5 years of sales experience with proven ability to read client intent and assess deal urgency
- Exceptional written communication skills with professional tone suitable for luxury market
- Experience with CRM systems; bonus if you've worked with
- Strong judgment and common sense for handling complex, high-value client situations
- Self-directed work style with ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Understanding of sales processes and relationship management principles
- Meticulous attention to detail when managing transactions worth tens to hundreds of thousands
- It helps if you're comfortable working primarily through WhatsApp as the main communication platform
