Job Description:

  • Assist the Brand Manager in conceptualizing and implementing marketing strategies to strengthen the brand presence of Organic Skin Japan, specifically under the Wellness Category.
  • Supports the development and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and brand initiatives to drive sales, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Helps manage day-to-day marketing activities including content planning, product launches, competitor monitoring, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Understands consumer behavior and current skincare & wellness trends to generate fresh, creative ideas for brand activations, promotions, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborations in creating marketing materials such as social media content, product descriptions, promotional assets, and brand collaterals that align with Organic Skin Japan's identity.
  • Assists in analyzing campaign performance and market data to identify insights and opportunities for brand growth.
  • Ensures consistent brand messaging and execution across all marketing platforms.

Job Qualification:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any related course.
  • Open for fresh graduates with strong interest in marketing, skincare, beauty, or wellness.
  • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and updated with skincare and wellness trends.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, analytic tools) is a plus.
  • Can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can start ASAP.
