Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

3. Create, schedule, and publish relevant, high-quality content across social media channels, incorporating captivating captions, graphics, images, and videos.

4. Proactively engage with our online community, respond to comments/messages, and address inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

5. Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, drive engagement, and enhance social media presence.

6. Keep up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to maximize our social media reach and impact.

7. Content Creation:

8. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop compelling marketing collateral, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and website content.

9. Conduct research to generate new content ideas and identify topics of interest to our target audience.

10. Write, edit, and proofread various forms of content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity.

11. Develop visually appealing assets, such as infographics, images, and videos, to enhance content effectiveness.

12. Leverage SEO principles to optimize content for improved search engine rankings and organic traffic.

13. Marketing Support:

14. Assist with market research activities, including competitor analysis, industry trends, and customer insights.

• Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing campaigns across different channels.

• Help track, analyze, and report the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Collaborate with other team members and external vendors to ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines and corporate objectives.

• Stay informed about the latest marketing tools, software, and trends to continuously improve marketing strategies and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in social media management and creating engaging content.

-A plus if applicant has autocad skills

• Proficient in social media management tools, scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and digital analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and grammar.

• Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing content.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization strategies.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and website content management systems (CMS) is desirable.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
