MARKETING ASSISTANT

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant with experience in a manpower or recruitment agency to help promote our services, manage client relationships, and support recruitment marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and familiar with marketing strategies that attract both clients and applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns for manpower services.
  • Help in client acquisition through lead generation, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors.
  • Prepare reports on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
  • Attend client meetings, job fairs, and other promotional events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a manpower or recruitment agency (preferred).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
