I Description

The Marketing Assistant provides administrative and project support to a marketing team, contributing to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies. They handle various tasks, including market research, content creation, social media management, and event coordination.

II Principal Responsibilities

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels.

Develop and manage marketing materials like social media posts, website content, email newsletters, and blog posts.

Help manage social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling, engagement, and reporting.

Conduct research on target markets, competitor analysis, and customer trends.

Analyze data from marketing campaigns and reports to identify trends, measure performance, and provide insights.

Assist with the organization and execution of marketing events, such as conferences, pop-up activities, webinars, and trade shows.

Handle administrative duties like scheduling meetings, managing databases, and preparing reports.

Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Assist in website updates, SEO optimization, and content management.

Perform other related tasks as needed.

IV Education and Qualifications

§  Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related course.

§  At least 1 year experience in a related field

§  Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

V Skills and Specifications

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.

* Creativity thinking.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing/creative tools like Canva, Capcut, AI applications.

* Basic understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and channels is beneficial.
