About the role:

Join the dynamic marketing team at Valor Health Pharma Inc. as a Marketing Assistant Sales and Marketing Team. This is a full-time position based in Vasra, Quezon City, Metro Manila. The Marketing Assistant will support the company's marketing and sales initiatives through creative, administrative, and analytical tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Creation of Marketing Collaterals

  • Assist in designing and producing marketing materials such as banners, invitations, posters, flyers, and other promotional items.
  • Ensure all collaterals align with brand guidelines and messaging.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Manage and maintain the company's social media account(s) and website; keep content up to date and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Create engaging content, including layouts, captions, and visual materials for online marketing campaigns.

Market Research

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the medical device sector.

Event Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing events such as conventions, product launches, and booth sponsorships.
  • Coordinate logistics, supplies, booth setup, and promotional materials.
  • Liaise with hospital marketing teams and other event partners.

Sales Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team during product demonstrations, trainings, and launches.
  • Provide administrative support including documentation management and responding to customer inquiries.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Use analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators and recommend actionable improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry, is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media management.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Willing to travel nationwide. Availability for nationwide travel as needed to support marketing initiatives and events.
