Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of trade shows, conferences, and other events.
  • Develop and coordinate the production of marketing materials for events, such as brochures, flyers, signage, and promotional items.
  • Oversee booth setup, operation, and dismantling at trade shows and events.
  • Implement lead generation strategies at events, including collecting contact information and qualifying leads.
  • Assist in the development and execution of pre-event and post-event marketing campaigns.
  • Track event expenses and ensure adherence to budget.
  • Evaluate the success of events by collecting feedback, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or any related field.
  • Previous experience in event marketing or trade show management is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for event marketing and creating engaging experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
