Duties and Responsibilities:
· Deals with relations between labor and upper management.
· Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
· Plans and administers policy formulation relating to all phases of the human resources, including but not limited to Recruitment, Training, Health, Security, Salary Administration, Employee Relations, and Benefits Administration.
· Leads, directs, motivates and develops the Human Resources team to ensure that the right level of service and support is provided to the company.
· Monitors recruitment activities, selection of employees to fill vacant positions and on-boarding process.
· Directs preparation of job descriptions for positions in the organization.
· Assists in investigation and resolution of employee grievances and coordinates processes of responding to complaints.
· Administers performance appraisal program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
· Coordinates employee orientations, employee assistance, recreational activities, and other employee-related programs.
· Screening, reviewing and validating incoming payroll reports and documents.
· Reviews that salary increases are within budgetary limits and according to established government and company compensation policies.
· Monitor the posting of legal benefits and keep employees and management informed of any changes to government rules, regulations, procedures, or programs.
· Prepares employee promotions, transfers, performance reviews, employee statistics for government reporting, separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
· Submit required reports or other documents to the Executive Office as necessary.
· Follow company quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
· Perform such other duties and functions as maybe required by the General Manager from time to time within the bounds of the company policy.
QUALIFICATION
Education and/or Experience:
· Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university in human resources, industrial relations, psychology or any related course.
· 3-5 years demonstrated experience in HR management / leadership role; 3-5 years broad-based HR generalist experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
· Good communication skills
· Excellent- problem solving skills
· Experience in Managerial, Planning
