Key Responsibilities
Franchise Recruitment & Sales
- Identify, approach, and qualify potential franchise investors.
- Promote the franchise model through presentations, meetings, and discovery sessions.
- Guide prospects through the franchise application, evaluation, and approval process.
- Achieve monthly and annual franchise sales targets.
Franchise Development
- Research and analyze new territories for franchise growth.
- Support site selection and market entry strategies.
- Develop and execute sales plans to expand the franchise network.
- Build a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing communication with potential franchisees.
- Provide accurate, transparent information on investment, requirements, and expectations.
- Support new franchise partners during onboarding and transition to operations teams.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies during the franchise sales process.
- Manage franchise agreements, application forms, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, and closed sales.
Reporting & Coordination
- Provide regular updates on franchise sales performance to management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on franchise promotion campaigns.
- Coordinate with operations and training teams to ensure smooth handover of new franchisees.
Brand Representation
- Represent the company at franchise expos, trade shows, and networking events.
- Ensure consistent brand image and professionalism in all franchise sales activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in franchise sales, business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term investor relationships.
- Knowledge of franchise business models, contracts, and compliance.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
Working Conditions
- Office and field-based role with travel to meet prospects and attend events.
