The Franchising Officer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's franchising operations. This includes developing and executing franchising strategies, managing relationships with franchisees and driving growth through franchise development.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, evaluating, and securing potential franchisees to facilitate growth and expansion of Uncle John's franchised store network.
  • Builds and strengthens relationships with Uncle John's franchisees, guiding them on store operations matters, and conducting business reviews with franchisees to coach them on growing their business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in franchising, business development, or operations preferably from retail industry.
