We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a passion for meeting customer needs.
Responsibilities:Prospect and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and networking.Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients. Close sales, negotiate contracts, and manage customer accounts. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM software.
Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively sell and position products. Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in sales (B2B or B2C), preferably in (industry/product type). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (if required).
