About the role

Corporate Visions Inc' is seeking a skilled and dedicated Financial Account (WFH) Virtual Process professional to join our team in Mandaue City, Cebu. What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Proficient in using various computer software and applications, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a remote environment, with the self-discipline to manage your time effectively
