The TikTok Video Creator is responsible for producing, shooting, and editing engaging content specifically tailored for TikTok and other social media platforms. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for visuals, technical proficiency in video editing, and the ability to stay on top of current trends in the digital landscape.

  • Generate creative ideas and concepts for video content that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with the target audience. Transform these concepts into engaging, shareable videos optimized for TikTok and other platforms.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, cohesive videos, troubleshooting any technical issues during the post-production process to ensure high-quality results. Familiarity with third-party editing tools such as CapCut, Vioo, Filmora, and InShot is essential. Bonus points for experience with advanced video production techniques, After Effects, and multimedia content.
  • Be comfortable working in front of a camera. Assign roles such as camera operator and lighting technician during the production process, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and shifts in the digital landscape.
  • Understand what resonates with the TikTok audience and adapt content to suit platform-specific requirements.
  • Work effectively as part of a team with excellent project management skills while being able to manage your own workflow independently.
  • Meet tight deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality content, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail even under pressure.
  • Take initiative, effectively plan, and organize tasks. Display good interpersonal skills and coordinate with other team members as needed.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in video production and editing, particularly for short-form social media content, is expected.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality output, ensuring all content meets the brand's standards and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in video production, content coordination, or related roles.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple shoots and deliverables.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with content production for digital platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) is a plus.
