Together, we build a better experience for our teams and customers.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver clear, concise video communications for employee readinessCollaborate with product teams to identify changes and opportunities for improvementManage project video intake and approval processesSimplify complex content into easily understandable video materialsDesign engaging content with attention to detailPrioritize tasks and manage time effectively with minimal supervisionEscalate high-risk issues promptly and clearlyUtilize digital signage, video capabilities, and communication platformsBuild digital learning templates and tools for other developersSupport major initiatives and agile product teamsInfluence decision-making in content design and deliveryRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsBachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, User Experience, or related fieldExperience designing and developing video, graphic, and multimedia deliverablesStrong project management skills demonstrated by timely task completionIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)Knowledge of Home Lending business and customer servicing applicationsAbility to work effectively on multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of customer interactions across digital and telephony channelsExperience creating training, tutorials, and educational videosStrong verbal, presentation, and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and adapt to changing prioritiesDemonstrated collaboration skillsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsBachelor's degree in Digital Media DesignExperience building digital learning templates and toolsKnowledge of ADA and WCAG 2.1 accessibility requirementsExecutive communication expertiseExperience troubleshooting web, print, video, audio, and graphic deliverablesBroad knowledge of Home Lending businessExperience supporting agile development teamsTenureInternal Application Eligibility RequirementsMust meet minimum employment tenure requirement.
