We are looking for a highly creative, fast, and trend-driven TikTok Content Creator & TikTok Shop Operator who can handle everything from content research → AI video creation → shop management.

This is a full A-Z TikTok role for someone who understands how to make viral-style videos and manage TikTok Shop operations.

Responsibilities

Content Research & Strategy

  • Daily trend research on TikTok
  • Study competitor videos, niches, sounds, viral formats
  • Generate content ideas and hooks
  • Create scripts or angles for AI videos

AI Video Creation (20–40 videos/week)

  • Use AI tools to create short-form videos
  • Edit, caption, and format videos for TikTok
  • Ensure content is engaging, fast-paced, and optimized for virality
  • Maintain high output (4–8 videos daily)

TikTok Shop Operations (A–Z)

  • Manage and optimize TikTok Shop listings
  • Upload products with correct details, pricing, and descriptions
  • Link products to videos
  • Track orders, performance, and analytics
  • Manage promotions, vouchers, and campaigns
  • Ensure shop activity is consistent and compliant
  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries (if needed)

Content Posting & Optimization

  • Schedule and post daily content
  • Use correct hashtags, captions, and music
  • Monitor performance and adjust strategy based on results

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in TikTok content creation
  • Familiar with AI video generation tools (e.g., HeyGen, CapCut AI, etc.)
  • Can produce 20–40 short videos per week consistently
  • Knowledge of TikTok algorithm and trends
  • Experience managing TikTok Shop (A–Z) is a big advantage
  • Fast video editing skills (CapCut, VN, etc.)
  • Organized, fast learner, and able to work independently
  • Creative mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Able to handle fast-paced, high-volume content production
