A leading video production company founded by a veteran TV Producer. The team specializes in creating high-quality, engaging video content — including promotional videos, commercials, event coverage, ad campaigns, and high-performing social media content. They manage the entire production process from start to finish, ensuring each video is visually compelling and optimized for maximum online visibility. Their work blends strategic storytelling with direct response marketing, producing content that's not just engaging, but engineered to drive measurable results. In addition to full-service video production, they support digital advertising campaigns, social content strategy, and multi-platform brand growth. The team collaborates closely with clients, often in the real estate, development, and investing sectors (though not exclusively), to craft compelling narratives and high-performing marketing content tailored to their target audiences. They also operate several of their own growing content channels and branded media platforms. Their workflows are powered by branded templates, AI-driven systems, and strategic content frameworks, all designed to scale content creation across both organic and paid media.

About the Role:

The client is looking for a multi-talented content creator, social media manager, and creative problem solver to join the growing media team. This role is for someone who loves creating content, someone who understands how to generate scroll-stopping social content at scale, using the latest tools in AI, automation, and trend-driven strategy to increase reach, engagement, and brand growth.

You'll be helping develop and grow high-performing media channels like DevelopJax, The Development Network, as well as client accounts, which are typically focused on real estate, real estate investing, and real estate development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content calendars across multiple channels
• Research trending topics, hooks, and formats that align with brand goals and audiences
• Write hooks, scripts, and captions that are designed to drive conversions and engagement
• Produce content using available assets or work with our existing footage
• Use tools like HeyGen, Kling AI, Runway ML, ChatGPT, Gemini and Canva to streamline production. We're open to any others you recommend
• Create and repurpose content across formats (reels, carousels, shorts, thumbnails)
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity across all platforms and content formats
• Assist in tailoring content for different stages of the funnel - from awareness to conversion - across organic and paid efforts
• Analyze performance and iterate content for growth and optimization
• Schedule and publish posts
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and supporting audience growth
• Collaborate on campaign ideas and audience-building strategies
• Help evolve and improve existing workflows, templates, and content systems

Ideal Experience

• 2–5 years managing social content for a brand, creator, or agency
• Demonstrated ability to grow followers, views, or engagement across social platforms
• Experience creating short-form video using AI and/or traditional tools
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills (especially hooks, scripts, and copy)
• Familiarity with SEO, hashtags, social algorithms, and best practices for each platform. We use tools that help support this as well.
• Bonus: experience supporting digital marketing, direct response campaigns or ad creatives

• Deeply familiar with short-form video content, carousels, reels, and vertical storytelling
• Obsessed with social growth, engagement hacks, hooks, and audience psychology
• Efficient and comfortable using AI tools to help script, edit, generate, and scale content
• Constantly up to date on what's working (and what's not) across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• You care about how content performs, not just how it looks, but how it drives traffic, builds trust, and converts
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a small, fast-moving team where initiative and ownership are valued
• Work closely with the internal editor and creative leads to align on deliverables and execution
• Comfortable joining client calls and taking notes to directly understand project goals, expectations, and feedback (Only when available during your work schedule)

• Platforms: Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok
• AI Tools: ChatGPT / AI script generators, HeyGen, Runway ML, Kling AI, VidIQ

• The Development Network: Macro and micro stories from the world of real estate investing and development using the same style and templates as DevelopJax.
• Client (Real Estate Investor Content): High-trust, informational, and testimonial-style content to attract new investors and generate leads tailored to client goals and objectives
• New Channel Launches: Help launch and grow emerging brand channels with clear tone, voice, and content rhythm
