Role Overview:
The Head of TikTok Shop & Creator Content is a leadership role to spearhead the TikTok affiliate marketing and creator content initiative focused on shoppable short videos and live-stream commerce. The position is based in White Plains, Quezon City, operating from the in-house studio.
Ideal Candidate Profile
● 5+ years in digital or influencer marketing with e-commerce experience and hands-on TikTok Shop
● success.
● Deep understanding of TikTok creator ecosystem, algorithm, and affiliate marketing.
● Strategic and data-driven mindset with strong leadership and execution skills.
● Comfortable collaborating with AI-driven workflows and innovation.
● Networked in Philippine creator and agency communities.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute a TikTok commerce strategy centered on affiliate marketing and live selling.
● Recruit and manage TikTok creators and affiliates to produce shoppable content.
● Lead content strategy for videos and live streams, guiding creators with trending formats.
● Monitor KPIs and refine strategy using TikTok analytics for performance optimization.
● Collaborate with the AI Coach to automate and scale workflows using AI agents.
Qualifications & Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
● 5–7 years of relevant experience in social commerce or influencer marketing.
● Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
● In-depth familiarity with TikTok Shop, Live Shopping, and Spark Ads.
● Fluent in English; Filipino proficiency preferred.
● Tech-forward mindset and openness to AI-based process optimization.
